Dry Egg Bhurji


  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder (as per taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander, chopped, for garnish
  • 2 tbsp oil or ghee


Prepare the Eggs:

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well with the help of a fork or a whisk. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of turmeric powder to the beaten eggs. Mix well and set aside.

Sauté Aromatics:

Heat oil or ghee in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin and let it crackle.

– Add finely chopped green chilies and fry for a minute till the aroma comes.

Add Onions and Tomatoes:
