Ingredients:

250 grams paneer, cubed

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon oil

1 onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon ginger paste

1 teaspoon garlic paste

2 tomatoes, pureed

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)

1/2 cup cream

Salt, to taste

Coriander leaves, for garnish

Instructions Paneer Butter Masala:

Heat the butter and oil in a pan. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent. Add ginger paste and garlic paste, and cook for a minute. Add the tomato puree, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook until the oil separates. Add the paneer and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add garam masala, kasuri methi, and cream. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti or paratha.
