Instructions recipe for Paneer Tikka :
- In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, oil, and salt to make the marinade.
- Add the paneer cubes, bell pepper, and onion to the marinade. Gently toss until the paneer and vegetables are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
- Preheat your grill, oven, or stovetop griddle pan.
- If using wooden skewers, thread the marinated paneer cubes, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between them.
- Grill the skewers on medium heat, turning occasionally, until the paneer and vegetables are lightly charred and cooked through. If using an oven, arrange the skewers on a lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked.
- Once done, remove the skewers from the heat and let them cool slightly.
- Serve the Paneer Tikka skewers hot with mint chutney or a side of lemon wedges.
