2 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp sesame oil

1/2 cup chicken broth

For the Stir-Fry:

2 tbsp oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp ginger, grated

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)

Instruction General Tso’s Chicken:

  • Combine cornstarch, flour, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Dip each piece of chicken in the beaten egg and then coat it in the cornstarch mixture.
