Ingredients:

250 grams paneer

2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped

2-3 green chilies, finely chopped

1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons oil

1 tablespoon butter

A handful of chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions paneer bhurji:

Crumble the paneer and keep it aside.Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies. Sauté for a minute.Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.Add the crumbled paneer and mix everything together.Cook for 3-4 minutes until the paneer is well coated with the spice mixture.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or bread.
