Veg Handi Recipe Material:

2 cups mixed (cauliflower, carrots, sweet peppers, peas, etc.)

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp garam masala

salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves, for garnishing

Preparation:

  • Heat oil in a deep pan or in hand. Put cumin in it and let it roast quickly.
